The Research Of The Chinese Insurance Funds Invest In The Endowment Communities

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s insurance market and income of underwriting business continue to development.By the end of 2015,our country’s original premium income has run up to 2.428252 trillion yuan.As the important part of insurance funds,substantial growth in premium is also available for increasing investment of insurance funds.However,the invest channel which is used by insurance funds is too cramped.Insurance funds are mostly used for bank,bonds and so on.In view of this,the new <law of insurance> and <Interim regulations of the insurance fund investment real estate> permitted insurance funds invest real estate and clarified the details in order to reduce the mismatch risk.In addition,our country’s aging problem is very serious.421 family structure and lack of pension institutions will stimulate concentrated outbreak of the needs of the elderly pension.This needs to explore a new of thinking to solve the crisis.Pension community which can provide professional health care have developed into a normal in the United States and other developed countries.The insurance fund has the characteristics of liability,stability and long term,pension community also belongs to the typical pension real estate.It is more matching with the insurance funds,and then with the country’s strong support for the insurance industry to participate in the pension business,so insurance funds invest pension community is a better selection.But our country’s insurance funds invest pension community is still in its initial stage,there are still many problems in this process,this will hinder the development of our country’s insurance funds to invest in the pension community.On the basis of previous studies,this thesis analysis the issues of pension fund investment in China.Firstly,it introduces the development course of China’s insurance fund investment pension community,and analyze the status of it from the investment model,the scale of investment and risk management.Secondly,summarizes the existing problems in the investment process.And then make a summary of the general situation and successful experience of endowment insurance fund investment in the United States.Finally on the basis of the previous analysis,gives the suggestion of our country’s insurance fund investment in pension community from the investment model,the scale of investment and risk management.
