In the context of the current slowdown in consumer demand and the impact of electronic commerce, Kaierliang supermarket chain to survive and develop, we must follow the path of development. Therefore, cost management should become the company’s core proposition, and the procurement cost control is the most important.The paper analyzes the Kaierliang supermarket procurement cost control situation,especially the problems and reasons.
