At the same time when Tahe Oilfield provided oil and gas energy for national economy development it also has a serious problem: the low efficiency of energy utilization, serious waste of resources;Environmental problem is increasingly outstanding. And those problems are becoming more difficut as the oilfiled becme elder.To carry out energy consumption researches and take actions for energy saving is very propitious to cost reduction, provide more oil and gas resource, also this is an important measure to strengthen the enterprise competitiveness for Tahe Oilfield.This paper analyzes the manufacturing status of Tahe Oilfield, in accordance with the requirements of oil field energy saving, combining with the enterprise develop plan, fully considering the energy using features in Tahe Oilfield, deeply analyzing the present situation of energy consumption, the author established a energy consumption evaluatio index system which contains completely three subsystems.Based on these analysis of the present situation of energy consumption in Tahe oilfield, saving energy and reducing consumption optimization measures are put forward.To improve energy decisions, strengthen energy operation adjustment and emergency management, to realize saving energy and reducing consumption has very important theoretical significance and practical significance.
