The Research Of Resources Distribution Of The Port Supply Chain Base On Cloud Service Platform

With the accelerated development of economic globalization, the role of the port as an international transport node has become increasingly prominent, and the port supply chain development is an inevitable trend, so more and more enterprises develop into the port supply chain field. How to rational allocate the supply chain resources and coordinate the interests of the individual, for the aim of maximize overall benefits, is the key to develop and establish of port supply chain. Traditional port supply chain exists weakly trust mechanism foundation, inadequate information sharing and overall low efficiency and other characteristics, so looking for a reasonable allocation of resources of port supply chain for improving port supply chain in international competitiveness is very beneficial in the development process. This article refers to cloud services platform to port supply chain rational allocation of resources and provides a new idea for the development of the current port supply chain.Firstly, it sorts out port supply chain concept and key elements and describes the theory of the cloud platform, proposes the commercial value and practical application of cloud platform, introduces the concept of Cloud Genetic Algorithm.Secondly, it explains the port supply chain the key elements- the allocation of resources, determines the composition of the target allocation of resources, depth mines the resources in port supply chain relationship with the cloud platform and looks for determining the internal cloud platform and port supply chain meeting point, the analysis of necessity and feasibility of cloud platforms.Then, basing on the goal and principles of the port supply chain resource allocation’s cloud-based platform describes the technical model and the membership structure of the port supply chain cloud platform for building and operation of the overall process in detail, describes the aspects of pre-evaluation and evaluation, and establishes the mathematical model, uses the cloud genetic algorithms to solve the problem.Finally, the theory is applied to practice- Shenzhen supply chain, establishes Shenzhen Port supply chain cloud platform model, according to the characteristics of the port, describes the process of the operation of this platform, uses cloud genetic algorithm for solving the model for bi-level programming model finally, proves that the algorithm has high scientific and practical.
