| As public entrepreneurship and innovation is becoming an extremely important strategy in China, how to cultivate students’ innovative spirits and entrepreneurship effectively has become a major issue to be solved urgently in colleges and universities education. Based on modern information and virtual simulation technology, this paper is written to discuss the construction and application of web+ innovation and entrepreneurship decision-making simulation contest platform, which integrates principles of modern corporate marketing, production and procurement, and creates mechanisms of decision plan adjustments, simulation and evaluation. This platform allows thousands of teams to participate in the contest simultaneously with no limitation of time and location, bringing the contestants years of valuable experience in reality.Based on the domestic and foreign relevant literature of innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper focuses on the training of the contestant’s innovation and entrepreneurship and describes the construction and application of a platform. With the idea of being completely involved in the competitive market, the platform simulates several groups of virtual joint stock limited companies which interact continually with external economic system. The competition platform simulates the process of modern enterprise start-up process, range from name registration to all the relevant formalities process. This platform integrates enterprise marketing, production, procurement, and establishes decision adjustment, simulation, and creates the decision scheme adjustment, budgeting, evaluation of decision-making mechanism. In this paper, based on the innovative entrepreneurship education research both at home and abroad, on the basis of the building and application of Web + competition platform research and expounds on two levels.The construction of the platform is described in three parts: the scenario construction, the theories construction and the system construction. Entrepreneurship is described scenario to build themselves and start-up process, the enterprise external environment and internal organizational structure, the periodic change situation of the enterprise market decision-making evaluation and decision making data set. Expressed in principle to build the marketing, production, purchasing, financial decision making and adjusting principle. System using exponential function or high order equation was used to construct the price and non-price effect curve; Application of gravity model to construct promotion methods put into effect the result analysis; Application of game model to build competitive analysis of promotion effect under the condition of the results; Application programming model is build manufacturing-according-to-sale production portfolio decision scheme; Application of batch price discount model building material batch purchasing decisions; Sensitivity analysis on application of adjustment between the number of promotions and production; Application of direct costs to send business cost analysis and profit and loss analysis. Finally, on the basis of system analysis and design system construct of the use of information technology platform.The application of the platform allows the contestants compete in a relatively short time under the condition of corporate entrepreneurship, achieving mastery through a comprehensive study, theory and practice of management decisions for years to gain experience and experience in reality. Now the competition platform is applied to "College Students’ Decision-making Simulation Competition in Shanghai", arousing the teachers’ and students’ recognition and praise to this platform. The success of the platform aroused high attention of the society, speeding up our country’s creative talent training and achieving very important practical significance. The construction and application of this platform is of practical significance to accelerating the innovation and entrepreneurship education in China. |
