With the increasingly environmental concerns and the oil crisis, the development and application of electric vehicles have become the focus of the entire world’s automobile industry. Governments around the world have planed variety development stategies of electric vehicles and introduced a series of industrial policies and subsidy policies to support the development of electric vehicles. However, due to complexity and correlations among factors, it is highly necessary to investigate the key adoption factor affecting the adoption of the electric vehicles. Government subsidy is an effective way to promote the expansion of the electric vehicle industry as well as a key program supported by state funds. However, different subsidy objects may lead to distinct governments’ policies and results. Therefore, it is essential that we research the subsidy under different subsidy objects.This thesis mainly concluded three aspects of research:Firstly, this paper proposes a decision-making approach of the key adoption factor of the electric vehicles based on the correlations among the factors. We determine the adoption factors of electric vehicles by literature analysis and Delphi method. The evaluations of the experts are always vague, uncertain and subjective with consideration of the intricate and correlative relationships among factors. So an extended DEMATEL method is proposed to analyze the correlations among the factors in the intuitionistic fuzzy environment. At last, we identify the key factors and obtain the classification of causal relationship among factors.Secondly, the paper constructs the Stackelberg game models with different government subsidy objects and analyzes the choice of subsidy objects of electric vehicles supply chain. Under the fixed subsidy scheme, this paper constructs three Stackelberg game models consistent with three subsidy objects, respectively, and obtains the optimal equilibrium solution of three game models. By researching the relationship between each decision variable and subsidy amount, we obtain the optimal subsidy object under different government targets. Then, under the discount subsidy scheme, this paper also constructs three Stackelberg game models consistent with three subsidy objects, respectively, and obtains the optimal equilibrium solution of three game models. And we research the relationship between each decision variable and subsidy rate to obtain the optimal subsidy object under different government targets. Finally, we prove the above conclusions and analyze the two subsidy schemes by numerical analysis.Thirdly, the paper constructs the Stackelberg game models under different government subsidy objects and analyzes the choice of subsidies objects of a mixed supply chain, which contains electric vehicles and internal combustion engine vehicles. This paper constructs three Stackelberg game models of three subsidy objects and obtains the optimal equilibrium solution of three game models. And we research the relationship between each decision variables and subsidy amount to obtain the optimal subsidy object under different government targets by numerical analysis.
