| This research through the establishment of tourism demand curve model and the willingness to pay, the recreational value of ZhangZi Island Marine Ranching were studied with the Travel Cost Method(TCM) and Contingent Valuation Method(CVM). According to the assessment content and assessment purpose designed questionnaire. Again in the form of a questionnaire to investigate the leisure fishing enthusiast on ZhangZi Island Marine Ranching area. Through the investigation of the content of ZhangZi Island Marine Ranching area visitors social characteristics were analyzed, and travelled to the island of each tourists surveyed sample cost(including come and go transportation, accommodation, sport fishing, time opportunity cost and other consumption, etc.) to integrate, thereby gaining ZhangZi Island Marine Ranching area of tourists travel demand curve, through the travel demand curve model can get the tourist’s consumer surplus, then the use value of the area. By asking ZhangZi Island Marine Ranching district tourists’ willingness to pay(WTP) to improve the environment and how much to pay, willingness to pay(WTP) is obtained, and then calculate the total willingness to pay, then the recreational value of ZhangZi Island Marine Ranching district can be obtained. The results show that:(1) Most of the tourists were predominantly male tourists, most tourists’ leisure time was enough, which give priority to with work personnel, in 3000 ~ 8000 yuan monthly income, monthly income level is higher and for most nonlocal tourists. Tourists give priority to with age from 30 to 59 years old, about 74.1% of the overall sample. Tourists’ education level was higher, mainly for higher vocational and junior college degree or above. Through the survey found that the higher the degree of the tourists’ education level, the travel distance was usually more far, more willing to participate in the tourism and leisure sport fishing. Visitors’ higher real income level, the pursuit of the higher requirements of ecosystem services, the more hope farther away pursue different culture under the background of tourism environment. Low per capita income of visitors, will choose nearby their scenic spots. Among them, 57% of visitors travel to ZhangZi Island Marine Ranching district was the first time, almost of them were from far places, and the majority of people will come again after said ZhangZi Island Marine Ranching district tourism; Followed by the ZhangZi Island, more than three times and most of these visitors came from the north and the surrounding, with more free time, and higher income and higher education level; Finally for the visitor had come here twice, most tourists said will come again, which had showed that ZhangZi Island artificial reef areas’ revisit rate was higher. The survey showed that, more than 62% of the visitors didn’t want to bid for the ZhangZi Island, most people said they didn’t understand the bid for ZhangZi Island Marine Ranching, there was no such consciousness, and they just wanted to enjoy the travel, and feel the local customs, they were not interested in bidding on ZhangZi Island. Most tourists will consider of their actual income, and didn’t have the ability to pay. Most of the visitors were the first time to the island tourism, not familiar with the value of potential ZhangZi Island, lack of environmental awareness.(2) Through the above analysis of tourism demand curve, and the consumer surplus, use value for consumer spending and consumer surplus, the sum calculated Zhang Zi Island value for use of the marine ranching area was 28336284.2 yuan/year. Through the analysis of tourists’ willingness to pay can get ZhangZi Island Marine Ranching area non-use value was 2872537.6 yuan/year. Therefore, ZhangZi Island Marine Ranching leisure area’s recreation value is 31208821.8 yuan/year, about 31.209 million yuan/year. Social development coefficient of 0.4233 was calculated. Revised the ZhangZi Island Marine Ranching area recreation value was 13210694.3 yuan/year(31208821.8 × 0.4233), which is about 13.211 million yuan/year.And the development of recreational fishing value was about 11.995 million/year. |
