In order to maintain sustainable development, Renewable Energy Enterprises need to improve the ability of independent R&D and make the result of R&D commercialization. Therefore, technology commercialization has the extremely important practical significance for renewable energy enterprises. This thesis tries to study renewable energy technology commercialization from the perspective of knowledge creation. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the research relies on a scene of knowledge creation process-’Ba’. The elements of knowledge in the knowledge ’Ba’ are the foundation of knowledge creation. This thesis creates Technology Commercialization Knowledge ’Ba’ and divides knowledge factors into explicit knowledge elements and tacit knowledge elements. These knowledge factors have an impact on renewable energy technology commercialization. This is static mechanism of knowledge ’Ba’. This thesis puts forward four key factors through the method of AHP and DEMATEL. The key factors are market demand information, knowledge creation abilities, proprietary complementary assets and the government’s policy information.Secondly, knowledge ’Ba’ is a knowledge creation space. The space is composed of knowledge elements and mutual transformation among knowledge elements. Mutual transformation among knowledge elements has an impact on renewable energy technology commercialization. This is the dynamic mechanism of knowledge’Ba’.This thesis explains how knowledge creation affects renewable energy technology commercialization through the classic model of’SECI’. This thesis analyzes how knowledge socialization, externalization, combination, internalization affects renewable energy technology commercialization in detail. Meanwhile, single renewable energy enterprise does not have all knowledge and abilities required in the process of technology commercialization. This thesis analyzes how knowledge creation among enterprises affects renewable energy technology commercialization. Finally, this thesis explores how knowledge creation affects renewable energy technology commercialization from the aspect of knowledge creation abilityThis thesis creates the method of how knowledge creation affects technology commercialization by theoretical analysis. On the basis of enterprise dynamic capabilities, this thesis explores how knowledge creation affects technology commercialization. This thesis uses PLS structural equation to analyze the theoretical hypothesis model. The results showed that renewable energy enterprises lack technical ability, manufacturing capacity (using the consumption per unit product, product performance to reflect) and management capability. Knowledge creation has an impact on technology commercialization by improving marketing ability, strategy capability and entrepreneurship capacity. This result is according with current situation of renewable energy technology commercialization. At present, the commercial mode of renewable energy enterprises is ’two head out’. According to the result, this thesis puts forward several measures to help renewable energy enterprises get rid of the situation of’big but not strong’. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Knowledge Creation, Renewable Energy Enterprises, Enterprise Dynamic Capabilities, Technology Commercialization, PLS | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
