The ratio of the labors employed by Zhongyuan oil field is about 28.3 percent in 2012 and the labors have been the important parts of the Zhongyuan oil field human resources deployment. Performance appraisal is the core of human resources management and significant to the company`s development. However, at present there is still not the scientific layout about the performance appraisal of the labors in Zhongyuan oil field, the labors` daily appraisal is often a formality and probation appraisal is too high. This may lead that the labors do not have positive work attitude, low loyalty and other problems. At the same time, the new labour contract law has the new regulations about the labors three different positions and puts forward more demand about probation appraisal.For solving these problems, this article investigates the present situation of the Zhongyuan oil field labors performance appraisal through looking up the relevant literature. According to the position responsibility, the labors of Zhongyuan oil field can divide to three different positions: management, engineering and operation. The labors appraisal standard is ethics, ability, attitude and performance, which is different among different position. This article builds an systematic performance appraisal plan using the methods of key incident, relevant matrix, gradation analysis and 360°performance appraisal etc. At the same time, according to the oil field regulation about the tentative methods of introducing the advanced technicians and combining with the reality, this article makes sure the content, people and index balance of labors probation appraisal, which together with Zhongyuan oil field labors daily performance appraisal system would decide the labors` probation appraisal. And then form a systematic performance appraisal plan. This plan will affect the labors ` welfare, promotion, training etc.This may make sure that the labor have the positive values and keep good working condition. The article also analyzes the difficulties during carrying out this performance appraisal plan and puts forward the indemnificatory measures to make sure this plan`s successful implement.According to the research of this article, it designs a systematic labors performance appraisal plan aiming at providing the rational for the Zhongyuan oil field daily management and promoting the healthy and long term development of Zhongyuan oil field.
