Shandong heiko chemical group(hereinafter referred to as the "hartcourt") is a large chemical enterprise group restructed of a small loeal state-owned company. With the expansion of the scale of the enterprise, the internal enterprise management encountered a series of new problems. In order to guarantee the sustainable development of the enterprise competition in enterprises, it needs a set of more reasonable, more effective, development strategy of incentive mechanism, so that the company owners can manage it effectively, income can increase and decrease. In this case, it can make full use of the potential resources arouse the enthusiasm of employees and effectively deal with the changing external environment to the realize group new leap-forward development.First, this artide briefly expounds the concept of motivation and incentive mechanism, content system, basic principle, basic process briefly; laid a theoretical basis for further research; Second with Heiko group as an example, on the basis of the basic situation of this group, through the hartcourt taken in the form of questionnaire investigation and discussion and investigation, wecan understand hartcourt current management of the status quo of incentive mechanism so we can research problems of enterprise management incentive mechanism of groundwork; Third, use the combination of the survey and related data analysis, we can further analyze the hartcourt problems existing in the current management; Finally, on the basis of the above investigation and analysis, we can combine condition of hartcourt, put forward the countermeasures and measures of its management incentive mechanism optimization. Hartcourt hopes through the results of the study,we found the ideas and methods to solve the problem, and at the same time to provide a reference for the improvement of the current our country state-owned enterprise management incentive mechanism.
