The Research Of Auxiliary Information In Sampling Survey Of Road Transportation Volume

As the basic industry of national economy, road transportation plays an important role in the social development and economic construction, which makes the relevant departments pay more and more attention to the road traffic statistics. Sampling survey is the preferred method of variety of road traffic statistics survey because of the economic, scientific and feasibility advantages. Design and implementation of a high level of sampling survey, not only can obtain higher accuracy of the survey results, but also can save a lot of material and financial resources, which is the goal we are pursuing when we carry out sample survey of the road transportation. The emergence of a large number of auxiliary information has attracted extensive attention of researchers. By introducing the auxiliary information, the accuracy of the sampling survey can be improved and the sampling cost can be reduced. Therefore, it is very necessary to research the application of auxiliary information in the sampling investigation of road transportation.First of all, the paper expounds the relevant concepts and theories of the auxiliary information, and puts forward introduction of the auxiliary information by the advantage of using the auxiliary information and how to gain the auxiliary information.Secondly, with special investigation of economic statistics of transportation industry in 2013 and small sample survey of highway and waterway transportation industry in 2015 as the background, selected auxiliary information from the practical operation of the sample survey of road transportation volume, screening out the auxiliary indicators which can be used by the qualitative and quantitative information respectively analysis.Then, this paper focuses on application of the scheme design of highway transportation volume sampling survey sampling, field work and sampling estimation of auxiliary information in the structure. Than, put the Yang ling Demonstration Zone of transportation economic statistics special investigation of Shaanxi Province in 2013 as an example, compare and analyze the before and after of using the auxiliary information, work out the value of sample survey of road transportation volume by using auxiliary information.Finally, the paper draws on qualitative auxiliary information such as administrative areas, vehicle type, vehicle tonnage, axle number and quantitative information such as mark tonnage, monthly income and other types of auxiliary information, which can improve the precision of sampling survey in road traffic sampling survey.
