Research On The Fishing Industrial Clusters Development Mode In DM County

Fisheries are an important part of agriculture, fisheries modernization is part of the agricultural modernization. Development of fisheries can adjust the agricultural structure, increase economic efficiency,to improve people’s diet, but there are many issues that affect the fishery resource advantages into economic advantages and fisheries mod ernization process in fisheries development and industrialization economy. How to promote fisheries cluster development,thus achieving industrial development,promoting local agricultural economic development needed to solve the problem faster.In this study, the theory of the development of industrial clusters through a lot of data analysis,the DM county industrial development of the actual situation of fisheries and aquaculture in the model analysis,in which the presence of fisheries production, farmers subject, breeding patterns, costs problems income, sales channels, etc., these different aspects of problems and deficiencies,severely restricted the industrial development of fishery resources and the level of play DM county fisheries.Combined the problems of DM county in fisheries development,quoting relevant theories of industrial development, drawing on the experience of animal husbandry in the region of cluster development,building operating mechanism "dragon together" development model, design development g oals,by comparing several development model, established the county’s fishing industry of the "Long He" development model. Simultaneously,through the establishment of breeding base, training professionals, the promotion of scientific culture,improve the quality inspection system, build brands with high quality and innovative financing methods and other security system,to ensure the smooth realization of the development model, to the fisheries industry cluster development. For this study, DM county fishing industr y to achieve cluster development, has a positive role in guiding exploration,through the "Long He" development model and associated security system, can achieve scientific development and utilization of fishery resources for the DM county, increase farmers income, fishery industrialization, enhance the level of economic development in the region and make a positive contribution.
