Bond market is an essential part of enterprise direct financing channel, the bond market financing activities can effectively increase the liquidity, to continue as a going concern. At present, our country attaches great importance to the development of the bond market and pay more attention to promote the development of corporate bond market overall health. The development of corporate bond market affects the enterprise financing, efficient allocation of resources, the stability of the financial system and the development of the economy as a whole. According to the research shows that the corporate bond market development is helpful to reduce the financing cost of the whole society. Nearly three years, corporate bond issuance amount increasing year by year.At present, our country enterprise financing preference for equity financing, bank loans and debt financing, compared with the developed countries of the corporate bond market, China’s corporate bond market is not mature enough. Unlisted companies can’t get through the issuance of corporate bonds in the bond market before 2015. For corporate bonds in our country at the beginning of 2015 the new system can effectively solve the unlisted companies unable to financing through the issuance of corporate bonds.Based on the new system, Combining with case of a private company S company, Analysis of reasons for selecting the small issue company bonds in S company, focusing on the analysis of S company background, present situation and the development trend of industry. Through the above analysis it is concluded that why S company can issue company bonds successfully, at the same time analysis of a private company in the bond market financing new channels, in order to play a reference role for other private companies. |
