The world economy developing, e-commerce rapidly evolving, industries are applying e-commerce. As virtual transactions, B2 B e-commerce is that buyers can not personally experience the quality of goods, so credit attracts great attention. Although the laws and regulations of credit transactions of our B2 B enterprises haven’t been fully implemented, B2 B e-commerce is still developing. That credit trading environment improving and e-commerce credit trading will gradually be documented. In China, credit evaluation of enterprises on B2 B platform is still a long way to go. Less credit transactions, the lack of a complete set of scientific indicators have become the bottleneck of e-commerce development. In order to maintain market order, to establish an efficient market, to promote the development of B2 B enterprises, to ensure the healthy development of e-commerce activities, we need to build a complete system. In this study, we try to establish credit evaluation system of e-commerce enterprises on B2 B platform, to assess the enterprises, to give a reference for online transactions.This paper discusses the current situation of the development of B2 B e-commerce and the emergence of credit problems, pointing out the importance and necessity of studies of credit evaluation of e-commerce. Then combined operating mode of e-enterprises, with credit structure of B2 B e-commerce, credit characteristics and credit risk describe the basic theories of credit assessment of enterprises on B2 B e-commerce platform. The characteristics of the existing credit evaluation of e-enterprises have been explored and the actual results and shortage of existing credit evaluation of e-enterprises on B2 B platform have been proposed. Then in accordance with the analytic hierarchy process and the use of forced normal model to establish credit assessment comprehensive model of enterprises on B2 B platform. Finally, a detailed case shows that the specific application for credit evaluation model.
