| Along with Chinese testing industry towards marketization completely,the state-owned testing institutions have to face competition from foreign and private testing institutions,but also facing the reform and the integration of institutions.G testing institution is state-owned.It is a comprehensive testing agencies,which already has certain popularity in Southern China area after 30 years of development.but the institution has some problems need to solved such as weak market awareness,lower service level and so on.In the face of such changes of internal and external environment,the G testing institute is necessary to make a new development strategy to increase the core competitiveness.This thesis is researching development strategy of G testing institution by using the theory of strategic management.Firstly using PEST analysis and five models to analyze the external environment;Secondly analyzing the internal environment. Thirdly making development strategy through the SWOT matrix analysis;Finally formulating the specific plan and control measures for its execution.The thesis is expected to provide some reference to the same type institution,through studying on the development strategy of G testing institution. |
