As an institutional innovation on the support of entrepreneurial investment, Venue Capital plays a vital role in the growth and development of venture enterprises.Through supporting innovation,Venture Capital is an important way to increase employment, improve R&D capability of enterprise, optimize the allocation of resources and promote tax growth and economic structure adjustment. Meanwhile, it is beneficial for China to promote from “made in China” to “create in China”. In recent years, with the rapid development of the venture capital industry and the improvement of mechanism, venture capital begins to pay more attention to their own development and construct platforms. In addition to capital support, as an investment and financing platform of venture enterprise, the value of venture capital is the key to the growth of enterprises.Venture capital institutions play a huge role in accelerating the growth of the venture enterprise. Under this background。This paper takes 46 venture companies between 2009 and 2013 as samples, and analyses the impact of venture capital on the growth of investment enterprises from management assets and the number of investment projects. And it also analyses enterprise growth from sale revenue and number of employees.Because of the limited data collected by non-listed companies, there are limitations in selecting the growth variable of investment enterprise.Firstly, this paper analyses the growth of venture enterprises and also selects indicators which will affect enterprise growth by using the method of literature analysis. Secondly, taking into account the individual effect of the growth of different enterprises, this paper analyses the mutual influence of management assets, the amount of investment and the growth of venture capital by establishing a fixed effect panel data model.Through theoretical and empirical research, this research mainly obtains the following conclusions :(1) the size of management assets and investment proficiency have a significant positive impact on sales revenue and number of employee.(2) Based on the empirical analysis, it shows that the influence between venture capital enterprises and enterprises is mutual Finally, this paper puts forward some useful advices from venture capital institutions, enterprises and government and also points out the deficiency.
