With social progress and economic development, people pay more attention to their own health, the consumption rate of residents pay on health is rising year by year, the nutrition and health care products are in high demand. The health products industry in china started in twentieth Century, in a short span of thirty years, it has become a unique industry. At the same time, with the rapid development of Internet technology, network marketing development glows very fast, a large number of enterprises jump into theInternet, they provide a series of business activities, products and services base on the open and convenient network.S is a company focus on health care network marketing business enterprise. The company mainly takes the American health advantages channels as the basis, and depends on Tmall, Jingdong, shop No. 1and other major electricity supplier platform domestic cooperation, provide widely recognized foreign health care products to consumers, through the professional health knowledge and strong upstream channel,it let Chinese can also enjoy the advanced ideas and American health products. After 4 years of exploration and efforts, it has occupied a certain market share in the foreign health care products network marketing, but with the rapid development of the growing network marketing competition and health products industry, S company also has some problems and difficulties such as sales rose slowly, profit growth is weak and other issues in the process of network marketing health care products.This article through the questionnaire survey method, the same industry data comparison method, expert interview method, qualitative and quantitative analysis to diagnose the problems of S company and analyse the reasons of these problems,and give corresponding improvement actions to S company. Hope that through this paper writing, we can bring new thinking and help for S health care products marketing, and can help the whole health care network marketing industry continues to improve and progress.
