The business plan is to establish a micro-credit company under ZP corporate. ZP corporate is a state holding company opened in 2009. due to the largest distribution center in northwest for agricultural products, CBD logistics center and the largest market of construction material, it is with sufficient cash flow and customer resource,It seeks the opportunity of other business. In the meanwhile, the industry of micro-credit increases fast in recent years but ZP corporate has no insufficient knowledge in the risk in micro-credit marketing. Based on the background, this paper is to prepare the business plan for ZP corporate to establish one micro-credit company.In this paper, it first analyzes the external and internal and marketing environment of this project, and figures out the strengths and weakness using the SWOT method. It is concluded that the micro-credit marketing is undergoing the fast development and huge opportunity, with estimate 25 billion RMB of small loan requirement in the 2017; secondly, It figures out the threats, opportunity, strengths and weakness of ZP small loan project, and based on that, the company will follow the SO strategic in the coming 5 years; Thirdly, it also designs the business mode including the target customer, marketing, products design etc which are applicable to ZP small loan project, it also gives the financial projection based on the development model, the project will be around 500 million after 5 years development.
