Research On Tax Risk Control For International Epc Project

With the internationalization of China, Chinese project contract industry obtained a rapid development in recent years. As a popular construction organization mode, EPC mode is widely accepted by international project owners.As one of main risks confronted by contractors in international EPC project, tax risk has a great impact on the economic result. However, because of being lack of experience, Chinese contractors encountered more and more tax conflict during these years. So the research on tax risk control in international EPC projects is of great importance for them.Based on a real case of a large Chinese contractor and risk management theories and techniques, this paper made a study on the control of tax risk in international EPC projects, which will give suggestions for the companies in the same industry.
