Globalization is a prominent feature of the contemporary development of human society, covering economic, technological,social,and convergence of values and ways of life. Since reform and opening up in China, export-oriented economy has made rapid development in 1978, China’s imports and exports totaled US $ 20.64 billion, only 0.78% total world trade, in the world won’t matter. In 2013,China’s total imports and exports reached US$ 4160.33 billion, up 201 times from 1978, and become the world’s largest cargo trade. In this process, the four major reform of the RMB exchange rate regime, and the reform brought about RMB exchange rate fluctuation, but apart from a few years, every year China’s total import and export trade has maintained a high level of growth.Since the beginning of reform and opening up government full control of the Exchange, not the same with other countries, mainly under the influence of Central Bank policy of RMB exchange rate, and Central Bank policy is decided by the international situation and domestic economic development. Under the trend of globalization, external causes of import and export trade is the exchange rate system reform of the economy, and monetary policy is exchange rate system reform of internal economy. This study analyzed China’s import and export trade of RMB exchange rate reform process and calendar year data, combined with Balassa-Samuelson Effect, the Impossible Trinity. Study on the correlation between China’s import & export trade and the reform of RMB exchange rate system under the trend of globalization, with a view to identifying solutions that promote the growth of China’s economy and trade recommendations.
