The development of rural logistics not only can effectively improve the production and transportation, but also can improve the living standards of rural residents, therefore, the development of rural logistics has a very significant role in promoting the new rural construction.Rural logistics center location is very important for the construction and development of the rural logistics system. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to research the location of the rural logistics center. Compared with urban logistics, the rural logistics has many difference in the aspects of infrastructure, agricultural production, logistics object and so on. In this dissertation,the characteristics of rural logistics are analyzed, and the logistics center location problem in rural logistics is studied based on AP clustering algorithm. The major works and innovations are as follows:Firstly, the characteristics of rural logistics are analyzed, the principle and process of AP clustering algorithm is expounded, and the possibility of applying AP clustering algorithm on the study of rural logistics center location is discussed.Secondly, a rural logistics center location algorithm based on AP clustering algorithm is proposed, which is based on the spatial distance to measure the correlation between each other, and the cluster centers of the nodes are taken as the logistics center location results. The algorithm does not need to set up the initial clustering center, and it does not need to set the number of logistics centers.Thirdly, a rural logistics center location algorithm based on multi-level AP clustering is proposed. The candidate logistics center set is get based on AP clustering in the algorithm, and then the result of the logistics center location which meet the actual needs is get based on AP clustering.Fourthly, an improved AP clustering algorithm is proposed for the rural logistics center location method, which is in the light of the factors that affect the logistics nodes in the process of rural logistics center location, and the correlation between logistics nodes is obtained by weighting method.Fifthly, an improved rural logistics center location algorithm is proposed based on cost-sensitive to increase the subjective initiative of the decision maker.
