Abstract/Summary:
The global economy is showing a trend of integration increasingly, competitton of many enterprises are no longer limited to the region or country, thus the market competition is becoming more and more intense. Manufacturing enterprises need to enhance the competitiveness of products to meet customer needs, enhance their competitiveness to respond to this trend. To a certain extent, the competitiveness reflect on the quality of the product. Therefore, to avoid being eliminated out of the market, manufacturing companies need to establish an effective quality management system and improve the level of quality of the product, however, our manufacturing enterprises, especially those small and medium-sized enterprises with low level quality control and serious waste, cause is difficult to improve competitiveness of products. As the aggravate of the market competition, manufacturing enterprises in our country need to enhance the level of the quality of the products control.Process failure mode and effect analysis (PFME A) as a kind of quality reliability analysis tools, the successful practice in the automobile manufacturing industry has proved the effectiveness of its application in the field of quality control. Therefore, to improve the limitations of traditional PFME A and verify the validity of the improved PFME A through the application of process quality control in the manufacturing enterprise, which is of great significance to improve the quality of the product process and to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.This paper focuses on the limitations of traditional PFMEA, build a sort of improved risk assessment of PFMEA analysis model and with the invention of the theory of problem solving (TRIZ) integration, through the example of polyester dipped tire cord fabric enterprise make a research.In the stage of failure mode risk evaluation, it is use triangular fuzzy number to evaluate severity S, operation degrees O and detection degrees D, at the same time determine three indicators of subjective weights and objective weights of entropy, and use TOPSIS to make a sore of the failure mode, then along with the rank and analogy method to divide class level of failure model. The improved evaluation method overcomes the fuzziness and subjectivity of traditional evaluation of PFMEA method. During the failure problem solving stage, it is on the basis of problem solving tools of TRIZ, and overcomes the disadvantages of PFMEA method for the requests of analysis of personnel experience and expertise is too high, thus constituted a set of process based on the reasoning and logic solution of the problem of failure.Finally it take polyester dipped tire cord fabric production process for example, with the application research of PFMEA analysis model, and obtain the priority level of the failure mode of, in addition, it uses the TRIZ tools to get the corresponding solution, to a certain extent, to verify the applicability and feasibility of analysis model.
