| The Organizational Project Management Maturity of the construction enterprises is one of the tools to evaluate the capability of completing the expected goal. With the national emphasis on the Green Building, how to establish a consummate evaluation system of the Organizational Project Management Maturity and find a appropriate evaluation method, discovering the problems in the construction enterprises, finding the paths and methods to improve the maturity are the issues needing to be resolved as soon as possible.Through the research of this paper, it analysed the interrelated theories of the Green Management and maturity at home and abroad. It pointed out that in the environment of the nation attaching great importance to the green building, it needed to establish a prefect index system that could evaluate the maturity more accurately.This paper discussed the problem of the Organizational Project Management Maturity form three aspects:Green sustainable development, Multi-project management and Maturity. This paper regarded the OPM3 as the standard to establish the model of GB-OPM3, adding some indexes about society, environment, source, technology, Human Resources to consummate the evaluation content. It founded the Green Building Organizational Project Management Maturity Model, which is short for GB-OPM3 borrowing the traditional nine knowledge areas of the Project Management and Green Management.This paper used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, Back Propagation neural network and Principal components analysis to evaluate the GB-OPM3 in different aspects by the software of MATLAB and SPSS. It pointed out the feasibility of GB-OPM3.The research demonstrated that as for the evaluation of the Organizational Project Management Maturity of the construction enterprises, it not only need to consider the economy, but also the influence of enterprises acted on environment and society. According to the evaluation result, the managers could find an appropriate path to improve the GB-OPM3 of the construction enterprises. |
