At the beginning of the 21st century era of experience economy has come, it is the development of the tourism scenic area offers many rare development opportunities, but also for its operation and management put forward severe challenges. With the continuous development of the tourism market and mature, the competition between tourism scenic area is becoming more and more fierce, and visitors to the understanding of the tourism services and requirements also have greatly improved, ever travel service of scenic spots have been unable to meet the requirements of tourists, the development, how to survive in the fierce market competition in the market cake carved up, must be in tourist experience management. Now many scenic spots are on the tourist experience did a lot of improvement, but still unable to meet the needs of tourists. Because tourism scenic area to improve tourist experience measures are for all the visitors, not targeted, in today’s era of personalized certainly won’t work. Understand the different types of tourists travel experience, found that differences in different types of tourists travel experience, to solve the problem of differences to develop differentiated service management practices is the right solution.Tourist scenic tourist experience research for some influencing factors, but on the same team travel scenic spot and self-help tourists travel experience of the comparison of the influence factors were rare. In this paper, we study from the contrast group and self-help tourists travel experience the perspective of the difference of influence factors in theory review, theoretical assumptions, on the basis of questionnaire survey, using the factor analysis, variance analysis and statistics research methods, respectively, to build the scenic spots team and self-help tourists travel experience factor index system and model structure. As theoretical basis, using linear regression analysis method, trying to build a team and self-help tourists travel experience overall outcome with the primary factor of the relationship between the linear regression equation. Finally, using the IPA grid diagram analysis method, the team of zhangjiajie national forest park respectively and the present condition of the self-service tourists experience were evaluated, and the tourist experience of zhangjiajie national forest park management are proposed. The following results were obtained:1. The self service tourist experience is better than the team tourists.2, Zhangjiajie national Forest Park diet, accommodation, entertainment conditions can not meet the needs of tourists and the price is high.3, the park has the situation of tourists overload.4, the lack of a single Park Shopping features.
