The Study On County Economy Disparities And Its Influence Factors Of Zhejiang Province

The county economy of Zhejiang province has gradually become the main body of the economic development of Zhejiang province.What’s more,because of its unique development, it has promoted the economic development and social modernization in Zhejiang province. However, in the process of economic development, there has been a significant problem of non-balanced development, the county’s economic development is gradually appearing an expanding trend. From the angle of county,This paper will conduct the analysis and research in-depth about economic differences of Zhejiang province.By calculate and decompose the county economic difference to reveal the evolution of trends and characteristics, use the econometric methods to find the cause of the county economy difference.Finally, put forward effective policy suggestions to promote the healthy development of the county economy in Zhejiang province.In this paper, according to the space distribution characteristics of Zhejiang county,the study divides it into northeastern and southwestern regions.The aim is to study it respectively. First, based on the per capita DP data about 55 counties in Zhejiang province from1996 to 2014, it measures absolute difference and the relative difference of county economy of Zhejiang province; secondly, Gini coefficient was applied in the industry decomposition.It is used to inquiry county differences of the source and the composition,the finding is:the development of secondary industry difference becomes the main source of the difference of regional economy of Zhejiang province. Finally, according to the actual situation of Zhejiang county economy,we wants to obtain the influence factors about the county economic disparities.In these factors, this paper assumes that the input factors and the industrial structure are the reasons,which cause the difference of regional development. Based on related literature and regional differences of theoretical research at home and abroad, the paper is preparing to construct the regression model. The results showed that Zhejiang province county overall, in the northeast of Zhejiang province, and southwest of the county economy, the absolute and relative differences are expanding. Empirical study results show that the influence factors performance significantly of county economy development level in Zhejiang overall county, northeast of Zhejiang, southwest of Zhejiang.It is the material capital input, human capital investment and the level of industrialization.From the regression results, capital investment and the level of industrialization are still the two biggest factors affecting county disparities in Zhejiang province development.According to the results of this study, to reduce the gap of economic development between Zhejiang province among 55 counties,the measures are to expand physical capital and human capital investment, optimize the layout of regional industrial structure and improve the level of regional industrialization.The aim is to promote the coordinated development of the county economy in Zhejiang province.
