Internet technology rapid development and network information resources of explosive growth, makes people become increasingly dependent on the network to solve the problems in life or learning, also spawned a thriving development of network Q & A service. Over the past few years, the social question and answer service has experienced a period of rapid development, the birth of such as Quora, ZhiHu and a number of excellent Q & A communities, once leading the era of knowledge sharing in the Internet era. Based on the relationship between people and information to establish a social question and answer service website, the number and quality of the question and answer is the core of its development. With the expansion of the number of users in the social Q & A Sites, how to balance the quality and quantity of question and answer information is a key question. Therefore, it is very important to study the information quality in the social Q & A Sites.In this paper, based on the perspective of users, combined with the clues theory, from the external features clues of the information quality, to study the problem of user information quality perception of social Q & A Sites. In this paper, from the information publisher’s dimension, the consumer’s dimension, the information dimension and the dimension of information system, to summarizes the external cues that the user pays attention to in the initial judgment of the answer information. By means of questionnaire survey,433valid sample data were collected, and 7 kinds of clues about the information quality of the answers were found through exploratory factor analysis, that is Information Use Clues, Information Ability Clues, Information Face Clues, Information Positive Clues, Information Report Clues, Information Negative Clues, and System Recommendation Clues. On the basis of this, a conceptual model is established by assumes development, finally the structural equation of the model is evaluated by using AMOS software. Verification results show that all the hypotheses were established,7 types of clues to the Social Q & A Sites for users perceive of answer information quality has a significant positive effect, at the same time, the influence of Information Positive Clues and Information Negative Clues on the quality of the answer information is the most important. Through the research results of this paper, we can optimize the information of Social Q & A Sites, in order to increase the user’s perception of the quality of the answer information; At the same time, we can also improve the evaluation mechanism of the high quality answer information of the Social Q & A Sites, and optimize the Sites information quality assessment algorithm.
