| Due to the geographical location nearby, abundant elements resources, China and Vietnam have a long history of bilateral trade. In October 2002, China and ASEAN signed the "China and ASEAN Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperationâ€, which means the economic cooperation has entered a new stage.With the frequent high-level visits, the continuous introduction of preferential policies, China and Vietnam bilateral trade volume and area increase rapidly, the scale of trade and investments are continuously enlarged. The start of China- ASEAN Free Trade Area in January 1st, 2010 has brought opportunities and challenges. At the same time, the construction of “two corridors and one ring†and “twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road†creates favorable conditions for trade in goods, trade, tourism and FDI. But there are also exist many problems, such as trade imbalances, single industrial structure, highly dependency which influences their own development. Therefore, how to promote the transformation and upgrading of trade development to a higher level have become the current important issues.In order to achieve the above mentioned, this paper decided to described from the following three aspects: First, combing the relevant policy recommendations to provide valuable advises for China-Vietnam trade promotion. Second, we use a large amount of data to introduce the two countries’ current development situation and characteristics. Third, draw on the experience between China and the other countries trade development, then put forward some proposals applicable for China- Vietnam relation promote, build a bridge for China to enter the ASEAN market.In this article there are six chapters: Chapter I, Introduction part describes the background, significance, research ideas and methods, and the research status of Chinese and foreign scholars’ research on the Vietnam-China trade. Chapter â…¡,describe several concepts and theoretical knowledge to lay a good foundation, including trade transformation and upgrading, the stall bank, trade policy,dynamic comparative advantage, super-protective trade theory and the progressive decision-making theory. Chapter â…¢, use a large amount of data to analyzed the development process of the two countries, and introduce the trade, investment, policy’s current development situation and characteristics. Chapter â…£,summarized the problems and causes, which will bring negative effects for their own development. Chapterâ…¤,conclude the feature of the historic trade development of China with Singapore, the United States and South Korea,to sum up the new experience of bilateral trade relations. Chapter â…¥, Based on China’s trade promotion with other countries, we give some policy recommendations, from the laws and regulations, industrial structure, the level of convenience, cooperation in emerging industries and other aspects of the bilateral trade. |
