Nearly a decade, the most profound impact on tourism industry including hotel companies is that information technology leads the hotel business model’change and the forms of innovation.The changes of hotel business model and the forms of innovation begin with the change of thinking mode, it must mention the internet thinking.Internet thinking in philosophy of language, is a world outlook and methodology.The Internet thinking is a kind of open thinking, embodies the principle of the supremacy of users. The products and services under the internet thinking are an organic life, customers can participate in product development, use and evaluation; the construction of enterprise organization under internet thinking must be flat, can quick to reflect changes in the outside world.Therefore, Internet thinking in guiding the hotel enterprise structure adjustment, product innovation has profound and important significance.In November 2008, this concept of IBM’s smarter planet was proposed, which has caused the smarter city construction boom.The smarter tourism is developed on the basis of smarter city.The smarter hotel is also based on the smarter tourism concept.Its historical development is supposed to be smarter planet-smarter city --marter tourism--smarter hotel.Because smarter hotel development in China is not long, the lack of mature theoretical system and national standards.Therefore, in the process of the construction of the smarter hotel there are still a lot of problems.In the face of confusion in the process of smarter hotel development, we need a standard to judge what kind of hotel can be called the smarter hotel? How smarter hotel to construct the operation system can achieve the ecological, environmental protection, energy saving and achieved good economic benefits?This requires an in-depth research and thinking.Therefore, the key of the paper study is to establish the smarter hotel operation system model,then using the method of system analysis to parse the function of the subsystem which the smarter hotel should have, and guide the healthy development of smarter hotel.On the basis of summarizing the practice of industry,this paper is focusing on the study of smarter hotel operation system.The paper mainly includes the following several parts:First of all, introduced the selected topic background, this paper selected topic basis, research purpose and meaning,the main content of this paper studies, method and train of thought, presented the technology roadmap in this paper.In the second part of the paper,the basic problem of smarter hotel and related theoretical basis were reviewed.Analyzes the problems existing in the process of smarter hotel development and necessity of constructing the operation system, it laid a theoretical basis for the study of a smarter hotel operation system.Secondly, this paper analyzes the smarter hotel operating system contains subsystem,constructed the smarter hotel operation system model.Finally, this paper selected the pioneer in the field of smarter hotel--HangZhou HuangLong hotel as a sample, researched and analysised the development of smarter hotel in industry.And put forward the thesis research conclusion and the deficiency, the future research direction is prospected.This article through studies have shown that smarter hotel is a giant complex system, the construction of smarter hotel will develop with the progress of information technology.The application of this paper has a certain meaning, guide the healthy development of hotel industry.For smarter hotel belongs to new things, both in academic research and practice in the industry are in constant development and improvement.Therefore, the construction of model still has the openness and expansibility.
