In recent years, with the popularization and application of Internet technology, data analysis, cloud computing and other new technology, electronic business of our country has made the development by leaps and bounds, becoming a major force in the national economy. The rapid development of electronic commerce has changed people’s consumption concept and the payment, which has gradually penetrated into every aspect of economy and society. In the electronic commerce and the financial wave of the Internet, banks have gradually lost the original market share and the position on the service chain and value chain has become shorter and shorter. In order to adapt to the new economic situation, by virtue of their own advantages, banks actively entering the field of electronic commerce has become the general trend. To this end, C bank is the first bank to launch electronic business platform – “Shanrong business”, striving to grasp the opportunity of electronic commerce, seeking innovative development of the road, in order to occupy the initiative in the fierce competition.This article starts with “Shanrong business” development process and the status quo to analyze the currently urgent problems and its causes of “Shanrong business” based on the theory of electronic business platform. On this basis, propose the development strategy of“Shanrong business” from marketing and management mechanism, hoping to provide valuable references for the healthy development of business platform of banks.
