Evaluation Study On The Domestic Tourist Satisfaction For Kanbula National Geopark In Qinghai

Tourism development of Geopark is not only beneficial to improve the grade science and cultural connotation of tourism, but also is conducive to promoting the continued good development of regional tourism, economy, environment and social culture, and improving tourist satisfaction is an important part of promoting sustainable development of tourism.Therefore, that scientific and rational evaluation and taking effective measures to improve the tourist satisfaction for Geopark has become concerned an important issue currently academia and industry common.This paper relies on Qinghai Social Science Planning Project The Evaluation and Comparison Study on the domestic tourists satisfaction for Scenics in Qinghai Province(ID:12011), take Qinghai Kanbula national Geopark as a case, on the basis of previous research,built an evaluation index system on tourist satisfaction for Geopark combined with the actual park tourism development, and determined the average weights of evaluation indexs by used of combining the analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis; The acquisition of first hand data based on questionnaires and in-depth interviews, analysis demographic characteristics of domestic tourists to the park; Evaluationed tourist satisfaction for the park with gray correlation analysis, clearing the tourist satisfaction situation and the advantages and disadvantages of tourism development for the park, analysising deeply reasons to the differences of different indicators satisfaction. Through the above research to main conclusions are as follows:(1) The average weights of evaluation indexs for the park were showed: Tourism resources and the environment, the uniqueness of landscape resources is the highest weight(0.154); Tourism infrastructure, the impact of the park inside the traffic is max(0.121);Tourism consumption, ticket prices accounted for the highest(0.065); Tourist Interpretation System, the importance of professional tour guides to explain is the strongest(0.049);Tourism management and services, the impact of attitude of the staff is the highest(0.026).(2) Domestic tourist satisfaction of the park is 0.445, in a "general" level.(3) The tourist satisfaction order of evaluation indexs for the park: unique landscape resources> internal transportation> resource environment> residents friendliness> ticket prices> Food> rest facilities> Health> professional tour guides explain > health facilities>visit licensing guidelines> overall environment> landscape explanatory signs> Shopping>Entertainment> travel safety> staff attitude> services of complaints from tourists. Show that unique natural landscape and cultural resources form the core attraction to the park tourism development, as well as the comparative advantage to win tourist satisfaction; tourism infrastructure is weak, tourist satisfaction of tourism consumer items are big difference,especially in the lower entertainment and shopping, which is not conducive to the comprehensive and coordinated development for the park; tourism interpretation system is imperfect and the low level of tourism management and service, outstanding performance in the landscape explanatory signs, tour licensing guidelines, staff attitude and complaints from tourists and other aspects of the service, become the bottleneck of the tourism development for the park.Finally, according to the situation of domestic tourist satisfaction of the park, this paper discussed some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance tourist satisfaction, and promote the sustained and healthy development about the park.
