Evaluation To The Development Of Informationization In Rural Areas

Agriculture and animal husbandry is the most basic industry that mankind depends on for existence. With the arrival of information age, the development of agriculture and animal husbandry is changing, more and more information is required. Orders, as a classic area, is one of the important farming and breeding bases with the characteristics of unique climate and minority nationalities in Inner Mongolia. It is one important part to modify traditional agriculture and develop modern agriculture when building new socialist countryside. Farming and animal husbandry informationization is a long-term and systematic process. In order to ensure its healthy development, we should conduct the supervision and planning according to the circumstances. A series of scientific evaluation standard and evaluation method is required for the actual level of development..Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, clear development level, we will find out the weak links, formulate effective reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions.Therefore,this paper studies the literature review, summarizes advanced theories of the domestic and foreign scholars for farming and animal husbandry informationization, focusing on new perspective, research methods and research results; Secondly, with the deep understanding of the meaning of the agricultural informatization at the same time, The author conducted the questionnaire survey, literature analysis.The data of present situation of farming and animal husbandry development in Ordos city is obtained and analyzed by using Delphi method to establish the agriculture informationization development level index system of Ordos. Finally, the score for the evaluation index is calculated, combines analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the low score. Specific content is as follows:Chapter 1:Introduction. The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background, research significance and research method about agricultural informatization domestic and overseas.Chapter2:Research foundation. This chapter contains the theoretical part mainly elaborates the connotation of agricultural informationization and the related concepts, as well as relevant theories involved in this paper.Research is focused on agriculture informatization indicators data source and data research method.Chapter3:The research body. This chapter develops the Ordos city agriculture informationization development present situation assessment. First Ordos farming and animal husbandry and agriculture informationization development present situation is described secondly, through the Delphi method, and fuzzy comprehensive analysis method, the data of Ordos agriculture informationization development present situation is presented.Chapter4:The results of the analysis. This chapter presents the results and puts forward some countermeasures for advancing the Ordos city agriculture informationization. By comparing domestic and foreign advanced experience, and further suggestions is presented to push forward the construction of the Ordos city agriculture informationization.Chapter5:Conclusion. The last chapter presents insufficient aspect and prospect.
