With the development of Internet, smart mobile phone, new media applications and spreading, the people have been used to surf Internet by APP software. In order to take up the market the major websites put forward some APP softwares, so they promote the frequency of the APP and infiltrate to the daily life of humanity. In future, APP will play a more and more important part in tourism service industries.The article analyses according to make questionnaire about travel new media, the writer sent out sixty questionnaires to conventional tourists of different occupations and ages. She got the degree of satisfaction of use APP for travelling after questionnaires. To put forward the measures of tourism information service, improve the quality of tourism information service in Guilin Xiangshan Park, improve the quality of services, put forward suggestions according to tourism APP information services, the constructions and developments of tourism APP information of developed countries.According to Guilin Xiangshan Park, it’s benefical to management of beauty spots and development, innovation. Guilin Xiangshan Part is fronted to fierce competition as to be the first 4A tourism areas in country. To be survive in fierce competition, Guilin Xiangshan Park must improve the competitive strength of tourism areas in many aspects, to attract more tourists, to satisfy psychological needs of tourists in and out of the city when stabilizes the old tourists. To discover the things which tourists are satisfactory to and put forward the appropriate measures of tourism information services on the basis of psychological needs of tourists, so as to construct the system of APP new media tourism information service in tourism areas. Furthermore, to put forward the measures of transformations and disposals, at the same time, to make a sustainable development of tourism areas according to the investigations, so as to understand the weakness of tourism areas in Guilin Xiangshan Park, to develop proper information marketing mode in order to improve passenger flow of Guilin Xiangshan Park.The article is composed of five parts. The first part is a introduction which composed of context, the purpose and meanings, research methods and frame of the article. The second part is to analyze the tourism policies and the degree of satisfaction of tourist, which gives a result of questionnaire of different occupations and ages about tourists according to the degree of satisfaction of tourist and the importance of tourist areas, so as to get feelings of the tourists before travelling, during travelling and after travelling, then improve the degree of satisfaction of tourist in order to improve the quality of tourism information service. The third part elaborates inner circumstance, geographic(al) position, the characteristics of tourist resource and the development of tourism information services of Guilin Xiangshan Park, then it introduces analysis evaluation of tourism information service system so as to put forward the suggestions of tourism information services in Guilin Xiangshan Park. The forth part put forward the tourist information services marketing mode according to equipments and personnel in Guilin Xiangshan Park so as to promote the visiting rate of the old tourists and new tourists, to make SWOT picture at the same time. The fifth part, is conclusion, which constitutes of summary and expectation.
