With the advent of the era of mobile Internet, taking over the mobile terminal product market is of epoch-making significance.On the other hand, mobile phones are the most important and the most popular mobile terminal products, The extremly fierce competition in the current mobile terminal market makes the distribution become an important part of the whole industry. At the same time, mobile phone distributors are facing the change of commercial activities and channel structure, and has become the vulnerable groups in the channel. How to seize the terminal customers better become the key strategy for the better development of distributors. Besides a different variety of support resources and promotional offers, most of mobile phone distributors put the measure of sending expatriate sellers to terminal stores, which has formed a prevailing behavior. There is a phenomenon of terminal satisfaction not improved,although expatriate seller brought in sales growth, and existing theory lack of in-depth study of the problem.This study further analysis the behavior of expatriate sellers entering in terminal stores, and explores the impact of the work competenc, job performancey and organizational commitment of expatriate seller on terminal satisfaction. In this study, we first regard A company as an object to analysis behavior of expatriate seller. In a large number of interviews, documentation, data analysis based on, with in the expert group discussion method, exploratory find the expatriate staff promotion among competency, job performance, organizational identification and terminal satisfactory qualitative relations. Secondly, this study uses the method of the paired questionnaire to verified the research model of this paper, and the following conclusions are obtained.(1) The measure of sending expatriate seller into terminal stores have influences on terminal satisfaction;(2) The job competency of expatriate seller as a positive influence on the terminal products’satisfaction through its performance, of which work performance is partial mediation;(3) The job competency of expatriate seller as a positive influence on the terminal financial satisfaction through its performance, of which work performance is complete mediation;(4) The job competency of expatriate seller as a positive influence on the satisfaction of terminal marketing support through its performance, of which work performance is complete mediation;(5) The job competency of expatriate seller as a positive influence on the terminal social satisfaction through its performance, of which work performance is partial mediation;(6) The organizational identification of expatriate seller will moderate the relationship between its jod competency and job performance;(7) The organizational identification of expatriate seller will moderate the direct impact of its jod competency on the terminal social satisfaction;(8) Expatriate seller’s age, gender and education background have no impact on its jod competency, work performance and organizational identity; there is no difference in the job competence of promoters of different length of service, but there are differences in job performance and organizational identification.(9) Retailer of store scale did not affect their satisfaction evaluation, but the company type affected the satisfaction of the financial evaluation.Finally, on the basis of empirical analysis this article gives some management suggestions about mobile phone supplier who send expatriate promoters to terminal stores.
