The Study And Analysis On The QWL Of SP Company

In the 1960 s,the concept of QWL(quality of work life) was first proposed. Then the concept began to be concerned about in 1970 s,it is considered to be "the new revolution about the between employees and work,",which inspire some new ideas of human resources management. With the development of social-economic,self-awareness of employees,the continuously increases of work pressure and improvement of the level of people’s needs,people began to pay attention into the own feelings about their work. The enterprise managers also found that feeling and business management are closely related. In recent years,under the background of many negative factors,such as the "Made in China" is gradually back to "Made in Europe or Made in USA",the advantage of manufacturing due to China’s "demographic dividend" has subsided obviously, the enterprise managers also have to pay more attention to the proposition of the quality of work life that link enterprise and employees tightly.The Paper is based on the domestic and foreign scholar’s related research,setting the employees of SP as the research object,by reading lots of articles,making questionnaire survey,using SPSS 20 analyzing tools to analyze the data getting from the survey,exploring the problems existing in the quality of work life for SP. With the combination of SP’s actual situation and the company operating conditions,proposed the main problems and the corresponding improvement solutions. It is expected that the results of this paper can be used as practical operation of the reference for SP HR management and daily management. It is also expected to help SP be able to drive long-term,stable,positive development in order to enable enterprises and employees to get a win-win situation.
