The progress of Internet in China has been stepped into Internet+era, new technologies of Internet has penetrated into every corner of our life, Cloud computing, Big Data, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0, these concepts and technologies, once were far way from our life, has been integrated into our life and remarkably changed our way of life, the channels and methods which people used to get information have been wisely opened, and changed the consumption mode, consumption concept and consumption psychology of people, showing more personalization, benefit, fashion and rational, creating an Internet economy. And the change of action mode of consumer will promote enterprises transformation and upgrading, build a new customer focused pattern, change their business strategy and marketing behavior. Enterprises must adapt to the law of social economy in Internet+era, associate with their own marketing system and characteristics, in order to upgrade their marketing strategy and marketing mix, plus build a robust marketing management system to keep it in good execution.LC group is a state-owned enterprise which manufacture information technology equipment, which has greatly developed in Internet+era, and accomplished double market sales in their main business. A good market sales depends on planning good marketing strategy and choosing the right marketing mix, and also depends on the upgrading of their unsustainable strategy and mix, to adapt the fast changing marketing environment for the enterprise, and gain advantages in market competitions.This paper is going to analyze the existing marketing strategy and marketing mix of LC group, and analyze the transformation and upgrading of its marketing, in order to learn the marketing work for a stated-owned enterprise, and it is valuable for every enterprise which is struggling and fighting in the Internet+era.
