Study On The Insurance To Support The Development Of "Going-Out To Asean" Of Guangxi Agriculture

With the establishment of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area in 2010, economic and trade exchanges between China and ASEAN have become increasingly frequent. Guangxi, as a con necting bridge between China and ASEAN countries, should give full play to their regional ad vantage and strengthen trade and industrial cooperation with ASEAN countries. For six years, value of import and export of agricultural products between Guangxi and ASEAN countries h as continued to grow, in which value of export nearly doubled. However, there are problems s uch as weak brand awareness, small-scale agricultural enterprises and the like in the process o f"going-out to ASEAN" of Guangxi agriculture.The introduction of "New National Ten" increased the efforts of the insurance industry to support enterprises "going out" from the perspective of the government. Currently, the major insurance companies in Guangxi do not launch insurance products about "going-out to ASEA N" for Guangxi agriculture, but provide protection in two aspects of agricultural insurance an d export credit insurance. Agricultural insurance mainly protects the risks associated with agri cultural production, and is conducive to the formation of the agricultural industry and maintai n stable development of agricultural industry. Export credit insurance is mainly to provide im port and export risk protection, and is more conducive to promote the development of agricult ural trade. In order to better support "going-out to ASEAN" of Guangxi agriculture, the autho r in this paper, from the insurance point of view, studies the status quo of insurance support an d the existing problems in the process of "going-out to ASEAN" of Guangxi agriculture, com bines with the status quo of Guangxi-ASEAN agricultural trade, refers to relevant successful e xperience at home and abroad, and proposes targeted recommendations aboutFirst, the author in this paper describes the research background, content, research status at home and abroad, then chooses the research methods according to the actual situation, deve lops the research line of this paper, and puts forward the corresponding writing ideas. Second, the author sorts out the three aspects of Guangxi agriculture, Guangxi-ASEAN agricultural tra de, and agriculture of ASEAN countries and puts forward the existing problems. Based on the above, the author analyzes probable risks in "going-out to ASEAN" of Guangxi agriculture a nd the current situation of "going-out to ASEAN" of Guangxi agriculture with insurance supp ort from two aspects of agricultural insurance and export credit insurance, and puts forward th e difficulties and problems in "going-out to ASEAN" of Guangxi agriculture with insurance support. Finally, with reference to the successful experience at home and abroad, the author analyzes and compares the mode of "goi ng-out to ASEAN" of Guangxi agriculture with insurance support and proposes countermeasu res and suggestions of "going-out to ASEAN" of Guangxi agriculture with insurance support from the two respective levels of the government and insurance companies.
