The more fierce competition of enterprise high performance goals and requirements of enterprises, employees can not only complete the basic task, must also have more excellent behavior, such as initiative, mutual aid and cooperation. In addition to the provisions of the duties, the role of innovative and spontaneous activities attracted the attention of the people. Organ D.W and colleagues in 1983 of the "organizational citizenship behavior" was first defined, opened a research on citizenship behavior, so far at home and abroad have made abundant achievements. With the in-depth study, to study from the individual level and group level organizational citizenship behavior, the group has gradually become a hot research in the field of organizational citizenship behavior. At present, most of the research on the behavior of the population at home and abroad is to study the influence factors, and the empirical study of the results of the study is relatively small. Existing research shows that group citizenship behavior on job performance produced positive effect, so this paper selected service innovation performance as the outcome variable, organization within the team as the main body of the research, describes the specific group citizen behavior influence on service innovation performance mechanism.Knowledge sharing and organizational commitment have a positive impact on innovation performance. Therefore, take the knowledge sharing and organizational commitment as mediating variables. Under the background of Chinese culture research group citizenship behavior and service innovation performance, is expected to provide some help and reference for academic circles and business management.The study construct a group citizen behavior, knowledge sharing, organizational commitment and service innovation performance measurement table based on the previous research, using the method of questionnaire survey. The four variables were included in the same model, and the mechanism of the effect of community citizenship behavior on service innovation performance was discussed, and the mediating effect of knowledge sharing and organizational commitment was analyzed.Finally put forward some countermeasure suggestions according to the conclusions of the study of management services to enterprises, such as:the establishment of staff as the center of the enterprise culture and the rules and regulations; foster inclusive corporate atmosphere of openness, communication and innovation; to establish a fair and effective distribution and incentive system; establish multi knowledge sharing effective incentive system and give full play to the role of learning type organization.
