In order to verify that A point of view, I selected the a-share listed companies in the implementation of the manufacturer’s eight companies, for their vendors rental amount, the main several regression empirical analysis was conducted for the relevant indicators.After empirical analysis, I get the main conclusions are as follows:(1) the manufacturer lease sales income of the enterprise, operating cash flow, net profit, net assets are highly correlation. In practice, the increasing scale of manufacturers leasing implementation, all the four financial indicators for the enterprise has a positive role in promoting, and also has a positive influence on the enterprise value. (2) operating income as a financial index of manufacturers, their size is not interfere with the vendor leasing the correlation between scale and profit, cash flow, net assets. (3) to carry out the vendor leasing in different ways, some vendors and professional financial leasing or financing lease companies, some companies funded by themselves, financial leasing companies to carry out the vendor leasing business. From the point of our empirical analysis, the effect of professional leasing company cooperation is superior to set up a leasing company.
