Financial Analysis Of Logistics Company

In the continual promotion of the development of market economy and e-commerce, the importance of modem logistics industry becomes more prominent, countries attach more and more importance to the development of modem logistics,policy inclined to advance the development of modern logistics industry, modem logistics has already developed as the basic industry of our national economy, and also plays an important role in the service industry. China’s logistics industry has been developing vigorously in recent years.In the "Five" period, China’s average annual total social logistics growth rate is 8.7%. In the Twelve Session of the NPC Session in 2016, the State Council Premier Li Keqiang in his Government Work Report proposed the implementation of the "The Belt and Road" construction guidelines, to promote the "Internet plus" action plan, the focus of development include various aspects of cold chain logistics, agricultural products logistics engineering, urban and rural distribution logistics, as well as construction of the logistics park and logistics information platform. And to develop direction of future development and specific measures, to continuously improve and perfect the logistics industry base, encourage the logistics enterprises bigger and stronger, provides a health favorable policy environment for the development of the logistics industry, to provide a better environment and more opportunities for the development of the domestic market and the implementation of "going out" strategy. However, there are many problems in modern logistics market, it is an arduous task to survive and develop in the fierce competition. Therefore, finance appraisal has become an important part in logistics development.Taking S Logistics Company as an example, according to the theory of financial analysis and financial appraisal, the index methods and DuPont financial analysis system is used on this basis. By building a financial analysis system, this paper presents interpretation of financial data and financial reporting of the S Logistics Company in 2010-2015 during the first half year. In order to compare and analyze, this paper choose a total of 16 companies’financial report data of the logistics industry. On this basis, this paper build an appraisal modeling to test and verify the conclusion. And propose management suggestions according to the appraisal and current financial situation at the end.This paper provide an appraisal system for logistics company --the comparison and combination of financial analysis and modeling appraisal analysis, which can appraise the company accurately and find out the problems. Taking S Company as a case has proved the practicability of the system, which can be used in the appraisal of the logistics companies.
