The Financial Reform Of Guangdong,china Pilot Free Trade Zone

On September 2013, China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade(Shanghai PFTZ in abbreviation) was formally established. Later on December 2014, the State Council of China decided to set up China(Guangdong)Pilot Free Trade Zone(Guangdong PFTZ in abbreviation). In the same month, the State Council issued a notice and required all the related departments to learn from Shanghai PFTZ’s replicatable experience. The experience which can be learned in other areas should be promoted as soon as possible, and that which can be learned all over the country should be nationwide promoted.Therefore, how to learn from Shanghai PFTZ’s successful experience and implement the financial reform with Guangdong’s actual characteristics, has become an inevitable topic on the way to achieve Guangdong PFTZ’s goal for construction and development.This paper trys to analyse by the following ways, such as comparison of the constriction background and condiction between Shanghai PFTZ and Guangdong PFTZ, studies on the financial reform of Shanghai PFTZ’s experience and Guangdong PFTZ’s current situation. From the above, it summarizes the problems and place that Guangdong PFTZ’s financial reform should be paid attention to.Finally it makes suggestions on Guangdong PFTZ’s finacial reform direction.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is Introduction, which includes the relevant discussion about not only PFTZ and PFTZ’s financial reform,but also the financial reform of Shanghai PFTZ and Guangdong PFTZ. The second part is mainly summarizing the present situation of Shanghai PFTZ’s financial reform, pointing out the key and important part for financial reform, in order to make reference for the following suggestions. The third part is a brief introduction of Guangdong PFTZ’s construction, which has discussed its basic condiction and position, and then proposed the feasibility and necessity for Guangdong to learnfrom Shanghai PFTZ’s experience.The fourth part is to discuss and analyze the current situation of Guangdong PFTZ’s financial reform, and then put forward the problems and places that should be paid attention to in Guangdong PFTZ’s financial reform. The fifth part is finally about the opinions and suggestions for Guangdong PFTZ’s financial reform.
