It is dramatically changed of information spread and people’s life as long as fast developments of internet and information technology. It is an inevitable research project for companies of how to grasp new information port, how to marketing by internet while delivering value, which is becoming a tendency. Especially for mid and small companies, they need to constantly integrate resources, improve efficiency, reduce costs to be competitive in market under situations of limited capital, fierce competition, and growing up labor costs, etc. Internet marketing becomes a good choice through its characteristics, however, it is also a form of marketing, should be explained in generalized view and runs under practical situation of company, can not be performed just for itself. Though Internet marketing has a short history more than 20 years, it has great value and advantages on resources integration, efficiency improvement, creativity, etc. it must come into prosperous development period in near future under current China "internet+" strategy in economy. Enterprise should grasp the chance to occupy beneficial position in fierce market competition by reasonable internet marketing strategy.Zhuhai Sunny Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is an agent company for ophthalmic eye care products, established in 1993. Since the market and company practical situation are changing, internet marketing has gained the attention of management, is under working. This article works out the company’s target market and positioning of internet marketing by SWOT, STP analysis regarding its competition advantages and weakness, through analysis of current marketing status and problems, and on the basis of corresponding marketing and internet marketing theories. Moreover, establishes four corresponding combinations of marketing strategies according to 4P theory. In the end, makes conclusion, indicates defects of this article and looking forward to the future.
