Therefore, part of the literature research, this paper thought, using the world bank statistics of international logistics performance index (LPI) as a description of national logistics industry development level index, and combining with the method of data analysis and spatial econometric empirical analysis to study the silk road economic belt around the logistics performance status, and its impact on China’s mechanical and electrical products export trade.This article selects the silk road economic belt along the route 17 major trading partners as the research object, and then between 2007 and 2014 respectively national logistics performance situation and China’s mechanical and electrical products export trade in 1995-2015 data were analyzed. By logistics performance index (LPI) make a comprehensive analysis, found in the silk road economy to bring the logistics performance difference is bigger, the whole logistics performance of the silk road economic belt presents a "intermediate low on both high ends of regional "characteristics, by the Moran’s I (Moran index) test, the results show that the silk road economic belt around the logistics performance index performance, has a strong spatial correlation and spatial correlation effect is increased year by year. Six component of logistics performance index respectively, found that international transportation convenience, quality of logistics infrastructure, logistics service quality and efficiency of the customs in China mechanical and electrical products export trade has a positive role in promoting, the effect is abate, in turn, cargo tracking ability and transport timeliness two indicators of China’s mechanical and electrical products export trade effect is not significant.
