| With the acceleration of urbanization process, The demand for construction land is increasing in each city. And land as a scarce resource, the supply is limited. It is necessary to study the areas of the pressure of cropland non-agriculture to avoid some areas of land resources in farmland conversion unreasonable utilization resulting in a waste of land resources and understand the demand of regional construction land and release of some areas of the pressure of cropland non-agriculture. The pressure of cropland non-agriculture and its regional difference are the foundation of the regional allocation of index construction. There are significant regional differences between the development of social economy and the level of urbanization in Hubei province, and the pressure of cropland non-agriculture is significant in regional differences. Taking the size that face the pressure of cropland non-agriculture in cities in Hubei Province as the index of construction with rational allocation and land resource spatial allocation efficiency promotion to provide reference.This paper takes Hubei Province as a case study area and constructs of the index of the pressure of cropland non-agriculture from the three aspects of population, economy and policy and measures all the indexes of the pressure of cropland non-agriculture in cities in Hubei Province from 2000 to 2012. On the basis with the entropy method to comprehensive measure the index of the pressure of cropland non-agriculture in cities in Hubei Province from 2000 to 2012. Combined with the actual project to use cluster analysis to grade classification for the index of the pressure of cropland non-agriculture that have measured, and analysis of the temporal and spatial distribution of. While introduce the gravity model and gravity migration distance formula to analysis of the center of gravity coordinate and migration distance, of the pressure of cropland non-agriculture each year. The results showed that, from 2000 to 2012:1) The temporal change mainly displays:the five cities that include Wuhan City, Huanggang City, Yichang City, Xiangyang City and Xiaogan City the pressure of cropland non-agriculture with the change of the year, the overall change had a tendency to decrease in the other 11 cities were relatively smooth, some cities showed an overall increasing tendency and some decreasing tendency.2) The spatial change mainly displays:Combined with the actual project to use cluster analysis to grade classification for the index of the pressure of cropland non-agriculture, and the distribution of the grade of the pressure of cropland non-agriculture was different in 2000,2003,2006,2009 and 2012 in Hubei Province and each year showed certain regional differences. The overall showed that eastern cities and the western cities were big and the central cities were relatively small. And from 2000 to 2012 relative changes of the pressure of cropland non-agriculture in performance for the relative change of Xiangyang City, Yichang City, Jingmen city were big and other cities were small.3) The position of the center of gravity of the pressure of cropland non-agriculture were in Jingmen City in 2000,2012 and other years were located in Tianmen City. The overall direction of the migration of the pressure of cropland non-agriculture was northeast and the distance was 14.35km. That indicate the overall migration direction was northeast.4) According to the pressure of cropland non-agriculture that had estimated of each city in Hubei province to distribute the index of the construction land, Wuhan City, Yichang City, Xiaogan City and Huanggang City priority should be considered as the pressure of cropland non-agriculture were big while distributed the index of the construction land. The reasonable cities on the pressure of cropland non-agriculture mainly were Xiangyang city and Enshi City, the index of the construction land can be relatively small. The small cities on the pressure of cropland non-agriculture mainly were Huangshi city, Shiyan City, Ezhou City, Jingmen City, Jingzhou City, Xianning City, Suizhou City, Xiantao, Qianjiang City and Tianmen City,while to distribute index of the construction land the in the final consideration. So combined the pressure of cropland non-agriculture that cities were facing with the other factors to distribute the index of the construction land. |
