China’s vast rural areas are currently undergoing a massive new residential construction. The new residential construction in rural areas has aroused widespread concern with the expanding rang.Researching the rural residents satisfaction with new residential construction is very necessary under this social context. The purpose of the new residential construction is to improve the housing quality of rural residents and narrow the gap between urban and rural residents in housing. The farmers play a major role in new residential construction. The new residential construction matters their living standards directly. Therefore, this paper questionnaire and interview methods, by access to data descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, in-depth to explore residents’ satisfaction of new residential construction. From a theoretical point of view, which is conducive to enrich the existing research on housing satisfaction, from a practical point of view, this is not only to provide guidance for our new residential construction, but also help to improve housing security level of rural residents.First of all, in this paper, the paper’s direction,the research questions are all based on the purposes of improving the qualities of the house and narrowing the gap between urban and rural residential. Based on finding and organizing relevant literature,research housing satisfaction. Secondly, according to its own research and literature, related to the use of statistical tools, and the preparation of the questionnaire. Finally, data and collating information on the spot investigation acquisition, analysis, and found deficiencies that currently exist, and make relevant policy recommendations.Through the study found: firstly, the individual characteristics of rural residents affected residents satisfaction with new residential construction, such as gender, age, occupation, family per capita income, identity, whether party members and level of education. Secondly, the original tenants on housing characteristics affect new residential construction satisfaction situation, such as the original residential housing area, the original homestead residential area, the original cost of housing, number of rooms residence time of the original house and original house residents will affect the overall satisfaction of new residential construction. Thirdly, household satisfaction with the impact of new residential households overall satisfaction of new residential construction, the paper will be divided into three dimensions, namely, new residential satisfaction, satisfaction with economic interests,environmental construction satisfaction.This point is divided into three dimensions: the new residential satisfaction,the satisfaction with economic interests, the environmental construction satisfaction. The third dimension include household satisfaction with the construction of the new residential environment, convenient transportation whether satisfaction of both.According to the research results, this paper will improve the overall satisfaction of the residents of new residential construction by following acpects: firslyt, the design characteristics of rural life must combine with new residential housing to meet the needs of tenants.Secondly,raising constrction money by many kinds of ways,for example the villagers self-financing,local financial supportting,the financial institutions,enterprise development.Thirdly,we can developing infrastructures, such as riching residents and sports activities,strengthening new residential community health services,improving public infrastructure.Fourthly,we can improve the quality of new residential construction standards and quality supervision system.
