| Agriculture in the national economy developing has a basic position, and also has the basic support to the whole national economic development, accelerating the development of modern agriculture to steady growth, structural adjustment, livelihood is very significant. Along with the new urbanization process’s accelerated, how to deal with the relationship between the workers and peasants, the relationship between urban and rural areas.In the processing of industrialization and urbanization, agricultural modernization is the basic path.It’s still at a loss that making the fine modern agriculture programs obtaining national credit funds or conforming the state of agricultural policy credit funds into the modern characteristic agriculture industry chain. So it is very necessary to explore what kind of pattern is effective to support the development of modern agriculture. This paper takes Fuyang city’s modern agricultural development as the research object, it’s methods are questionnaire survey and field visits. Firstly,this paper analyzes the modern agriculture development situations and the financial demand characteristics of Fuyang city. Secondly, it studies the main methods and effectiveness of the financial support to the development of modern agriculture. Thirdly, it studies the problems and the main reasons in financial supporting of the development of modern agriculture, and it takes advantage of domestic and foreign financial support of modern agricultural development experiences. Lastly, it puts forward the policy suggestions to perfect the financial support in the development of modern agriculture. |
