The land is not only one of the most valuable natural resources, but it is also the source of social productivity as well. Since the reform and opening up, great changes have been made in all aspects of our society. Land, as the basic resource, plays an irreplaceable role in the development of our national economy. Legally speaking,China’s land ownership belongs to the state and collective organization, the government, but in the land market, is the real seller. The government not only acts as a manager in the management of the land market, but also acts as a "trader" in the management of the land market. "Land corruption" phenomenon emerges in endlessly,the power of rent-seeking of officials become normal state for the administrative power plays a dominant role in the land market.The process of China’s land market is unoptimistic. With the promulgation and implementation "government information disclosure regulations” in 2008, corresponding provisions has also been made about land market transaction information disclosure. But from the current problems of the land market in our country, it is far from reaching the desired results. Land market still has not shown the market vitality which it could be, nor a completely open and transparent operation environment exists. In face of the land market transaction information disclosure problems, we need find the root of the problems from every aspect. On one hand, for the protection of citizens legitimate rights and regulate the power of government; on the other, for the healthy development of the land market.This thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction part,from the background of the research questions to discuss, and then expounds the significance of the study. Through the review of relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the research ideas and methods, as well as possible research innovation points. The second chapter analyzes the theoretical basis and value of land market transaction information disclosure in China. Status of the third chapter introduces the China’s land market transactions and information disclosure system, through an overview of land market system and information disclosure system, combing the embodiment of China’s land transaction information disclosure system in the law of the theory. The fourth chapter analysis the problems of China’s current land market transactions and information disclosure, from the perspective of effectiveness to be demonstrated, and explain the under the lack of land markettransactions and information disclosure, all kinds of violations of the interests of the citizens, to disrupt the market order, many negative impact sound; around this, read the problem, from the legal level, the value level, the system level and the guarantee mechanism in four directions. The fifth chapter is to our country land market transaction information disclosure problems countermeasures and suggestions, closely linked to the fourth chapter of the cause of the problem, from legislation, value correction, perfecting the system of and safeguards four aspects proposed feasible solutions.
