With the economic slowdown in the New Normal, shocks of Internet Finance, increasing competition within the industry, continuing narrowing of spreads by the interest rate liberalization’s accelerating, as well as continuing exposure of non-performing assets,China’s banking business environment is complex and serious at present in which, Commercial banks profits growth decline and they urgently need to adjust the business structure transformation of business models and service models. As new services and distribution channels, e-banking has irreplaceable position in commercial bank strategic transformation:first, by mixed operation, high Revenue-cost ratio and other advantages, e-banking expand the intermediate business income sources, cultivate new profit growth point, and promote the commercial banks to adjust the business structure and income structure; the second is diverged counter service greatly, ease network pressure, release a large number of counter inputs marketing, marketing channels to promote the network type and light transformation, greatly enhance network performance drastically; third, by convenient and efficient financial services to enhance the user experience and customer loyalty, helping customer relationship management, and through personalized, differentiated financial services full long tail effect; fourth, it is financial services across time and space, regional changes, to make up for lack of outlets in rural and other remote areas and limited overseas development short board, to promote globalization strategy to accelerate coverage and primary distribution of financial services. Meanwhile; the implementation of the "broadband China" strategy, technological advances, and the popularity of the network speed, the booming e-commerce to provide a reliable technical support and a huge market for the development of electronic banking business development, e-banking and broad prospects, is expected to become commercial banks new profit Center.China’s e-banking started in the 1990s, although the course is still short but remarkable achievements interbank market penetration and size of transactions annually, types and functions gradually improved, market influence and strategic position have gradually improved, forming a joint development of multi-channel, real-time interaction with customers of financial service system. Take ICBC for example, ICBC e-banking after nearly 20 years of development, has formed a complete and extensive product service system and service network covering many areas, through Internet banking and "financial e shopping" and other electronic business platform to meet the financial needs of the network, through telephone banking to meet the financial needs of voice, through mobile banking +wechat banking to meet the needs of mobile financial, s through self-service banking to meet needs of self-financial, customer groups has grown, the business processing speed continues to increase, driven business transactions continues to grow, as of 2015, the number of ICBC e-banking customers over 500 million, the transaction value exceeds 400 trillion yuan, ICBC had far and away position in the same industry, value creation steadily. Progress has been made at the same time, ICBC also has such as serious product homogeneity, electronic alternatives trailed small joint-stock banks, regional development imbalances and other issues due to lack of internal and external defects and many other reasons. Under the new technology, new environment, new pressure conditions, how to use the Internet thinking and big data analysis means to solve problem and reduce internal and external factors, through outlets channels complementary functions to enhance effectiveness and value creation to facilitate electronic bank size, quality and structure of the coordinated development of ICBC e-banking is the focus of the current work location.2016 is the first year of "Thirteen Five", the development of e-banking is the highly anticipated. Taking ICBC for example to analyze the various aspects of e-banking, combined with the actual problems to put forward recommendations in the promotion of ICBC e-banking with "full, wide, strong, good, fine" about the intensive development. Firstly, making presentation about the connotation and characteristics of e-banking, and then discusses the importance of vigorously carry out e-banking from the current Chinese banking complex business environment departure; Secondly,take ICBC for example to analysis found that e-banking is in the distribution channel diversification, service innovation with accelerated, diversified customer structure, real-time interaction and user-friendly financial consumer electronic expansion phase, however ICBC’s e-banking remain internal governance difficult, serious product homogeneity, regional development imbalances, inadequate replacement rate of less than joint-stock banks and system performance issues due to the internal control system is not perfect, professional teams smaller, and so the system is stable and security mechanism defects, lack of product innovation and application of the marketing concept and extensive business platform is not standardized terms and other reasons; Finally on the basis of the formation around ICBC how to adapt to market requirements and reasonable use of the Internet to realize intensive electronic banking development put forward some advice.
