"An organization which is lack of an integrated talent management system, it turns out effort in vain even with the best talent on board" said Thomas Robert, executive director of the world’s leading Accenture Corporation Excellence Performance Institute. If the talent of an organization could obtain effective inventory and configuration in different levels of talent level, human resources can be combined with enterprise business strategy and operations, thus become the source for enterprises foundation evergreen. In many enterprises which are facing the strategic transformation of today, the construction of talent team plays a key role for enterprises to achieve effective strategic transformation. Through the personnel to achieve the transformation of the enterprise acceleration, enterprise will need to establish the a set of complete, scientific talent inventory, talent construction to make the talent, as the engine of the development of enterprises, become a steady stream of power for the development of enterprises.Many multinational companies have good practice in the talent team construction, and have achieved great success in the strategy realization because of this. Many local companies in China understand the importance of talent team construction, while lack of appropriate methods. The author has more than ten years of experience in human resources management in the world’s top 500 multinational corporations; with in depth study on T Company, we wish to provide a systematic theory on successor system construction to help more China local enterprises to achieve strategic take-off as from talent perspective.
