With the rapid development of Internet technology, our country put forward the Internet a plan of action, with new vehicle driving the development of traditional industry. Therefore, the combination of online and offline O2O mode has become a development pattern of traditional enterprise development is very concerned about, at present,O2O business model has been a certain degree of development in various fields, and real estate e-commerce platform also arises at the historic moment, for consumers "save time, effort, worry, save money" consumer experience.At present, China’s real estate e-commerce platform network security risk big, real estate, electricity service lagging, real estate electricity issue such as difference of comprehensiveness and timeliness of information, traffic in real estate e-commerce platform, user satisfaction is uneven, low volume, difficult to rise. Sina music as a big electric business platform of real estate in our country, also facing similar problems, an urgent need to formulate and implement the corresponding competition strategy. The core content of this study mainly includes three large pieces:Sina Locke in the real estate business platform for internal and external environmental analysis, Sina Locke electric business platform competition strategic choice, Sina Locke electric business platform in the implementation of the strategy of competition and the safeguard. First of all, from the political, economic, cultural and technical four aspects to analyze real estate electric business platform of the external environment, introduces the developing situation of the electric business platform of real estate in our country and industry is analysed by the model of porter five competitive environment; Then Sina Locke, summarized the relevant information, sorting, ability to the development of Sina Locke, services, operation situation and competitive analysis, and using SOWT analysis tool for strategic match; On this basis, the three basic competitive strategy with Sina Locke habitat adaptability, this paper compares and analyzes that the lowest cost strategy and centralization strategy are not suitable for Sina Locke, differentiation competitive strategy is the best choice of Sina Locke; Finally, through the brand differentiation, platform differentiation, customer differentiation, differentiation and service differentiation to concrete implementation Sina Locke competitive strategy in electric business platform, platform through ascension credit management level, perfect the internal supervision, integration of resources, continuous innovation, broaden the financing channels to guarantee strategy successfully completed.
