| In the past decade, China’s Tertiary Industry get a rapid development,as a representative of the tertiary industry, Service industry is also growing with a high-speed, however, the fact that service efficiency is not high also increasingly prominent, it largely restricted the development of service enterprises. At the same time, the research of the service efficiency, its main purpose is the research to maximize the service value. Since the service product is intangible, variability, easy to disappear, the indivisibility of production and consumption, these determine we can’t ignore the value of customers, investors, partners and other stakeholders.Based on existing and summarizing researches, I will complete three works in the research:Firstly, to build a service business efficiency evaluation model from the perspective of the multiple service value. Multivariate analysis through the concept of service value service enterprises, the relationship between body composition and pluralistic values between the value of the service to a diverse service enterprises; build the model of multiple service value through analyzing its concept, constitute and the relationship between the value subjects; Then, build the service enterprises Efficiency Evaluation Model based on Multivariate service value perspective. The main idea of this model is that the service process is divided into two phases.Secondly, introduce SBM-network DEA model, DEA window analysis and super-efficiency DEA model to the service enterprise efficiency evaluation model. For multi-input and multi-output terms, DEA analysis method can reduce the error, avoid interference of the subjective factors,but the traditional DEA model also still has some shortcomings and deficiencies. Therefore, this article selected SBM-network DEA model,DEA window analysis and super-efficiency DEA model to the service business efficiency evaluation model based on Multi-Service Value perspective.Thirdly, do the empirical analysis by 32 tourism-listed companies as samples. Let the Tourism service enterprises as an example, on the one hand to validate the evaluation model,on the other hand,it evaluates the efficiency of the tourism-listed companies, and gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
